Great job explaining the different types of artifacts in ultrasound! You went into detail about each one and used images to help explain what they look like on our machines. I think what you could have added was what assumptions are broken on the slides. I know you talked about some of them, but I think having which assumption is broken on each slide would have been helpful. Otherwise, I loved the presentation, and it was helpful to remember the different types of artifacts and what they look like!

I really enjoyed watching your presentation and appreciate you going in depth with artifacts. You provided great information not only for anyone that watches this video but also very helpful for me especially with exams coming up and us being tested on our knowledge with this. Artifact is always such a confusing and challenging thing we as sonographers face while scanning, and being able to understand artifacts helps us to have better images.

Hi Laura,
I really enjoyed your presentation! I liked how it was simplified enough that someone who is not in the ultrasound field could understand the basics of artifacts. It was a great refresher for me in my studying with this chapter. It was straight to the point and very easy to comprehend! Great job!! 🙂

Great presentation Laura! I specifically enjoyed how you discussed that not all artifacts are bad and some can actually aid in our diagnosis. I also enjoyed at the end when you discussed how to correct an artifact when seen. Good job!
