In our Cultural Anthropology class, we used a variety of fieldwork strategies to conduct a study on a topic of our choosing. For this study, my research topic was to determine the leading causes of the decrease in childbirth rates over the last four generations. I made kinship charts and conducted interviews with five students to determine the main cause of the overall decrease in childbirth in their families.
