The case of Brenda Clark is terrifying. To think that this murder happened in the 90s and it took over 20 years for her body to be identified is mortifying. Once more, the way she was murdered required her to still have skin and when they found the body, they found her bones. You have to be pretty sick to not just kill someone and hide the body but destroy the body to a point of not being recognizable. That’s insane. The scariest part of this case is that the killer is still at large and this isn’t the only cold case. There has to be some way for us as a society to become more vigilant and active in our own communities to prevent stuff like this.
