The history of the Black Panthers has been on going since 1966. The Black panthers believe in Anti-fascism, Anti- racism, Anti-capitalism, African- American, leftism Black nationalism, Revolutionary socialism, Black pride Gun rights, Intercommunalism, Marxism-Leninism Maoism. In 1966 , The FBI said that the party was the party was the “The greatest threat to the internal security of the country.” This made head lines and became publicity for the Black Panthers. In 1968, The Panthers started a food program to feed children in Oakland California. This food program is still going to day and is credited to the Black Panthers. However in 1982 The Black Panthers became inactive.

The Black Panther Party started in Oakland California. Police Brutality was rampant. Before everyone was carrying cellphones there was no way to catch someone, except with a different set of eyes. The group started cop watching. They saw how abusive the cop where.
